The aspects of eustress are that it is short term, it stirs a person, it spurs our coping abilities, motivational, ameliorate the performance. Likewise, distress has certain characteristics such as it causes anxiety, it causes concern, can be short term as well as long term, obnoxious, abate performance. (Mills, Reiss, & Dombeck, 2015)

3. The three main dissociative disorders are dissociative amnesia, dissociative identity disorder and depersonalization-derealization disorder. (Mayo Clinic, n.d.) DID is controversial. People are indifferent whether it is real or not. Some healthcare professional thinks it is real as it is listed in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder (DSM-5) while other professionals think it is not real and should be removed from (DSM-5). The primary aspect of it which seems controversial to the health professionals is the theory of its causality which is related to the repressed memory. 4. The humanistic therapists primarily have concentrated on the contemporary conscious feeling of the clients and their tendency to take responsibility for their own growth. According to the Carl Rogers’ client-centered therapy, the function of therapists is to become a psychological mirror by listening actively and deeply and to deliver an environment that is unconditionally positive that stir growth characterized by genuineness, empathy, and acknowledgment. These humanistic and psychoanalytical therapies are termed as insight therapies. It indeed requires a client to participate actively in her own treatment being supportive with the therapist. (Study.com, n.d.)

5. Therapists have a different value which in turn shape their aims. The cultural barriers may gain prominence when the therapists interact with them or provide treatment to the clients having different cultural and religious perspective. For this purpose, the person may ask about the treatment approach of the therapists his credentials and values. The three major potential barriers in the therapeutic services are class bound values, cultural values, and linguistics values. This the reason many racial and ethnic minorities are getting help from counselors in the country like the United States. ( Leong, 2011)
