Feminism and Gender Roles in “Excellent Women” by Barbara Pym

An 8 page paper on the gender roles and feminism in the book Excellent Woman by Barbara Pym. It’s pretty much free range for you to talk freely about both of things from the book. There aren’t many huge details that need to be touched on but I will say to try and include somewhere in there how the main character, Mildred, was expected to be a specific person throughout the book but by the end she debunked all the ideals that were being forced onto her simply because she was a woman. The essay would need to be turned in to me by May 1st.
