All you are doing is using the information from your literature review and your article critique to complete your research project based on the topic that you have selected. You will describe the impacts upon a population at risk considering culture, race, gender, age, income levels, disability, or sexual orientation. You can not turn it in to the IRB, because of the current state of things and the course curriculum does not require you to an actual implementation of the research statistical analysis. You can pick a methodology of your choice. Basically at this point its just a research project in the form of a powerpoint presentation.
