History of Modern Psychology

History of Modern Psychology

Background Information:

The advent of the scientific era lead to the dismissal of religion and in particular the ability to study a subjective God. Belief in God was seen as irrational whereas the scientific method and knowledge derived from its usage was viewed as rational. Though the divide and negative tension between religion and psychology is closing, there continues to exist a decoupling of the two.
