The exam is composed of two case studies (worth 50 points each, for a total of 100 points). The total exam is worth 100 points, which equates to 15% of your total grade for the course.

Case studies can be found in your textbook on page 567 “Capstone Case D: Needs Assessment for Stroke Services” and page 574 “Capstone Case D: Quality of Care In Seven Boston Hospitals”.

You will submit as one MS Word document. Since there are so many questions, you should number them, instead of trying to write in an essay format. Do not include the actual questions in your paper, as this will falsely increase your Turnitin Score. Instead, use headings such as Question 1, Question 2, Question 3, etc.

Answers should address all components of the question. Therefore, paraphrasing the question and using it in your response will ensure all parts are answered. Additionally, since the exam is open-book, please be sure you properly cite any references that you use in answering the questions. Cryptic and unsupported answers will not be accepted for credit.
