This paper is a replication of the Gender Stereotyping and Harassment: A “Catch-22” for Women in the Workplace by Emily A. Leskinen Verónica Caridad Rabelo and Lilia M. Cortina Carthage College University of Michigan (see this article in the attachments) two students from Salem State University are replicating this study Jaqueline Lima Dos Santos and Reinier Aimee Cabrera. In this replications, we only used the Physical appearance scale, Masculine typed behavior, work gender composition, gender harassment, gender policing, age, ethnicity, educational level, and work occupations. In order to write this up you need to look at the example in the attachment called (siop poster example) the typed out paper replication should look similar to that format.
Also, for the measures and results, we are attaching the survey monkey data.
