competitive,

competitive,

If you do not know how you are doing, how can you plan for where you are going? To stay competitive, you have to know what direction to lead your nonprofit or non-governmental organization. There are many performance measures out there. However, not all performance measures are considered equal. As a leader, you want to make sure that your performance measures are valuable and not just done quickly or without much thought because you probably should do one.

To prepare, explore and choose performance measures you will use in this Discussion.

By Day 3

Post two performance measures that are currently used by a nonprofit organization. Choose one you think is strongly effective and explain your reasoning. Choose one you think is a weak measurement and explain your reasoning. Include how the measurement could be improved.
